Cancellation by the visitor

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no charge by contacting us before the tour begins.

 

Cancellation by Modernizmo muziejus

If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for another available date. We will notify you as soon as possible by email.

 

No-shows

Visitors who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

 

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be used for any available tour date within that period.

 

How to request a refund

Contact us at info@modernizmomuziejus.lt with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
